Frequently asked questions

What material are the products made from?

Our products are printed in PLA, a light, sturdy and eco-friendly bioplastic. PLA is not suitable for outdoor use. Do not store the product in direct sunlight behind glass, as PLA can deform at high temperatures. Clean it only dry with a cloth or carefully with a damp cloth. Not dishwasher safe.

Why do two identical products sometimes look slightly different?

Every 3D print is unique. Minor differences in color, layer pattern or surface are part of the production process and do not constitute a quality defect.

Why does the surface feel slightly textured?

Our products are made with 3D printing technology. Fine, visible layer lines are typical for this process. This is not a defect, but a characteristic of how the product is created and is part of the design.

Are the 3D prints dishwasher safe?

That depends on the material used. For PLA, the material we use for almost all our products, the product is not dishwasher safe. If a product is suitable for this, we explicitly state that on the product page.

Are your products food-safe?

Not by default. While PLA itself may be food-safe, 3D printed surfaces are difficult to clean thoroughly due to the fine layer lines, making them not hygienically safe for direct food contact. If a product is suitable for this, we explicitly state this on the product page.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days within Belgium. That may seem long, but please note that each product is printed especially for you. We work without stock, ensuring each item remains unique and fresh from the printer.

Can I return a personalized product?

Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you notice anything, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work together to find a solution.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, all products can be personalized with your own text and design. Use the personalization options on the product page for this.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup is free in Brakel (East Flanders) and by appointment. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a time.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because we print on demand, we often start quickly after your purchase, so the sooner you reach us, the greater the chance that we can still make changes or cancel.

I have my own idea that isn't on the website, can that also be made?

Certainly. Do you have a draft, a logo, or simply an idea that you would like to see brought to life? Contact us using the contact form, and we can discuss the possibilities together.
